Fares and Prices

All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and voucher (s) are issued. Price that are quoted include fees unless advised otherwise.

Your Voucher and Departure Point

Please present your voucher 30 minutes before departure to the staff at departure point of your shuttle.

The check-in counter shall be closed 20 minutes before departure.

The location of the departure point can be found in the description of the tour and is stated on your booking confirmation.

We can not be held responsible for clients showing up late for their tours. Lipe to langkawi and Langkawi to Lipe please present your voucher 1.30 hrs before departure to the staff.

Important We request that you carefully check the dates on your voucher and to contact us immediately if these are not correct.

Child/Infant below 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.

Child fare applies between 3 to 9 years old. Infant below 5 years no charges. Surcharge/Levy applies if applicable.

This shuttle service is subject to Weather and Conditions of Carriage available on request or at the check-in counter.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can also be caused due to bad weather conditions. Announced by Thailand Marine Department.

Traveling date can be changed within 24 hours before departure.

This Ticket NOT REFUNDABLE.

Tickets for Activities or attractions are non-refundable Airport, Limousine or Coach-Transfer service are non-refundable.
